As we grow our engineering team, we’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Associate Engineer I – Engineering Support to join our Customer Support department in Gurgaon.

What You’ll Do:

  • Root Cause Analysis: Analyze flight-critical data, gather evidence from drone operators, and determine root causes to resolve issues quickly.
  • Investigation Reports: Prepare thorough post-analysis reports for customers after technical issues have been resolved.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide operational guidelines and advisories to customers and internal teams for seamless drone performance.
  • Technical Assistance: Support service engineers and drone operators with in-depth technical troubleshooting and solution recommendations.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain user manuals, engineering specifications, test procedures, and technical documents.
  • Testing and Validation: Collaborate with service engineers for live flight testing and validate solutions through data analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Feedback Loop: Actively channel customer feedback to internal product and quality teams to support continuous product improvement.
  • Training: Conduct workshops and share technical knowledge across engineering teams.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure health and safety standards are met during testing and operations.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Aeronautical, Electronics & Communication, or Computer Science).
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of drone systems — both hardware and software components.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Customer Focus: Passion for delivering excellent service and user-friendly support.
  • Documentation: Proficiency in creating manuals, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation.
  • Collaboration: Team player capable of working across departments and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a high-speed, evolving tech environment.
  • Tools: Familiarity with customer support software is a plus.
  • Prior Experience: Previous experience in customer or technical support is advantageous.
